Complaint Resolution Policy

Computer Career Center DBA Vista College is dedicated to providing you the highest quality CPE courses and service. In order to achieve this goal, we have implemented a complaint resolution policy to resolve any issues or concerns.

Any complaint should include your name and contact information as well as a detailed description of the complaint. All complaints will be reviewed by our Manager of Continuing Education, Chanel Blackmore. She can be reached directly at 972-733-3431, extension 1752.

Cancellation Policy

We strive to insure the availability of courses to our students. In the event of technical issues prohibiting a course from being offered, students registered in the course will be immediately notified via email of the said cancellation. Refunds will be issued automatically in this case. If you do not receive a timely refund, please contact us at help@vistacollegepro.com.

 

Refund Policy

Computer Career Center DBA Vista College is dedicated to providing you with a quality course. As such, we will make all reasonable attempts to resolve any concerns with any of our products.

Refunds will be processed for courses that have not been started. We typically do not issue refunds on courses that are in progress or completed. In the event there was an issue with the technical operation of the course, refunds will be issued to the student as quickly as possible.
